Can anyone help with the following question regarding EU employment contracts? Do employment contracts have to be in the language of the country the business is located in or can you have all contracts in English? The scenario is that a company has been set up in Austria, that will employ a number of remote worked in different EU states. The business language is English and so understood by all of the employees. Can you therefore have a standard contract in English and then add variation of terms for the different countries?
